Internal tools
- Built DevHelper, a Tauri desktop app (PrimeVue, TypeScript, Rust) that brings Jira, GitLab, and Jenkins into one window so developers stop switching between internal sites. In service for two years with about 2,000 users.
- Built Flow Pulse (Vue, TypeScript), which runs reusable Python automations from Zoom Chat workflows. In service for one year with about 100 users.
- Cut templated document creation, Jira dashboard setup, and bulk Jira task creation from about 30 minutes to under 2 minutes.
- Built a daily Pandas pipeline over about 50,000 Jira rows: incremental ingestion, deduplication, and filtering of deactivated users and non-actionable states.

AI Native Release Agent · Core developer and solution designer
- Designed a four-stage agent workflow on the company's internal LLM platform that turns user intent, security requirements, release contracts, and project context into a design document, code changes, a policy review, and a deployment result.
- Defined stage contracts, conditional branches, human approval gates, LLM calls, and context injection with OSS Conductor; integrated Jira, GitLab, Jenkins, Zoom Chat, and Zoom Docs.
- Compared six open-source agent and workflow frameworks and led the selection; own the frontend, prompts, orchestration backend, integrations, and pre-launch verification.
